Do not weight train two days in a row. When exercising your muscles, be careful about working particular muscle groups too often and too much. After weight training, allow your muscles at least 48 hours to recover. Anything more does more harm than good. You won’t see any favorable results.


Try to work out in the morning. Why? Anything can happen to you during the day that makes you tired, stressed and flat out reluctant to exercise. By starting your day with exercise, you get it out of the way and it’s done. You can go on with the rest of your day knowing you’ve already done something good for your body.


A few different exercises are recommended if you want to spice up a workout routine. This will keep you focused and motivated so you keep coming back for more every day. Once your muscles get used to a certain type of exercise, you’ll stop reaping the benefits from that routine.


Do not do just sit ups or crunches to exercise your abs. It has been shown that for every 250,000 crunches, only 1 pound of fat is burned. If you are doing them, you should consider doing something else. For best results, incorporate different abdominal exercises into your routine.
